This antique-style peppermill mechanism is a wonderful working handmade peppermill. It makes for great conversation around the dinner table. It features cast metal working parts with bronzed housing. Peppermill size: 2.75″ x 2.75″ x 8″ tall.  This peppermill has one of the best range of grinds in any peppermill mechanism I have assembled. See additional photos of fine to coarse grind and everything in between. The peppermill grinder is fully adjustable from fine to coarse with the top flat nut. I purchased this Tulipwood from a responsible exotic wood importer. It’s harvested from Brazil and has stunning rich dark red stripes over a light-cream colored base running all around the mill. It also features my signature copper inlay. Tulipwood is a shrub tree that takes years for the trunk to grow to a size usable for making peppermills.
I guarantee your satisfaction with this peppermill. To maintain this mill’s beautiful high gloss finish, I recommend an automotive-style paste wax with carnauba. The wax not only cleans but protects. (Please note: This antique-style peppermill should not be used to grind salt.) The pepper mill you see in the photo is the mill you will receive.
