At Sokolowski Studios, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Just give us a call and let us know the reason for return.
You are responsible for the shipping charges incurred when returning any product unless an item was defective or sent in error. If this is the case, we will pay for the return shipping and issue you a prepaid shipping label. DVD’s can be returned if they are unopened in their original shrink wrapping. If a DVD is found to be defective it will be replaced at our expense. Hold onto the disc, it may need to be returned.
To return a product, simply call us at 1-570-937-9400 to obtain assistance with your return. Ship the product back and we will process your return promptly. In many cases, with a simple phone call, a resolution can be found and a return will not be necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund (less shipping fees) will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We do not charge a restocking fee. However, credit card processing fees (approximately 4.0%) will not be refunded due to our processor retaining these fees on all credit card charges that are refunded.

While we try to have all items in stock at all time, sometimes we need to put an item on back order. If using a credit card the item will not be charged until it is shipped. Back ordered items will be shipped to you within 24 hours after we receive the item from our supplier. Most pepper mills, salt mills and other wood turned utilitarian items are not always stocked due to the availability of the wood selections. Most of the supplies of wood I use are unique and cannot be duplicated as in the case with cherry burl inlaid with peppercorn and copper. So if you see an Item you like and stock is at zero I will in most cases not be able to duplicate it. I can however custom make items that are similar in appearance. Call to custom order an item not in stock.
