Domestic Shipping (USA)

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. In many cases, orders under one pound ship First Class and over one pound ship Priority Mail. Most orders ship within 24 hours of receipt, because we feel prompt service is just good business and you shouldn’t expect anything less. We pack your orders carefully, and double check for accuracy. Please phone or email us immediately if you ever have any problem with your shipment. If you wish to order by check or money order, please phone in your order first so we can determine the correct shipping cost to add to your total.

Shipping Charges

There is a Flat shipping fee of $5.00 plus a small additional charge added to each item depending on its weight class. Single DVD’s will ship for $5.50 and most orders will ship under $12.00. Some heavier items will usually ship Priority Mail for under $22.00. Delivery is usually within two to five working days. If you feel the shipping charge is exorbitant based on the quantity of items in your cart, please choose Invoice (Customized Shipping) on the checkout page and you will receive an emailed invoice with corrected shipping fees that can be paid using your credit card.  Or feel free to call and place your order via phone when an accurate shipping weight can be determined. Tracking is always available through USPS.

Express Shipments

We strive to ship each order placed with Sokolowski Studios within 24 hours of receipt. Most customers receive their orders within two to five working days. If you are in need of faster service, we offer expedited shipping using USPS Express Mail, and you must place your order by phone with a credit card. Expedited shipping refers to business days which do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. The additional cost of this service is determined by the size and weight of the package. Please call for a shipping quote and if express service is available to your area. We are glad to meet the needs of our customers who live in Alaska and Hawaii, as well as those who live in other countries.
