This handmade salt or peppermill is a sleek and simple design that is unobtrusive but will grind your salt or pepper into a fresh and robust flavor. Overall size: 2 1/2″ x 4″ tall. The key feature is its small size. Sometimes you don’t need a large pepper or salt mill. Keep this mill in the kitchen and leave the large mill in the dining room or vice versa. My wife, Deb, loves to pack the mini-mill set on our camping trips. This mill features a ceramic grinder that is fully adjustable from fine to medium-coarse by adjusting the top cylindrical nut and can be used to grind either salt or pepper. Goncalo Alves, Tigerwood) from a responsible exotic wood importer. They harvest it from Mexico southward to Brazil and has stunning rich dark brown stripes over a light-brown colored base running all around the mill. The Jobillo is a laminate with spalted maple and I book-match the wood to give it a ying-yang kind of design. I personally guarantee your satisfaction with this mill. To maintain the beautiful high gloss finish on this mill set I recommend an automotive-style paste wax with carnauba. The wax not only cleans but protects.
